Cassie born Cassandra Ventura is an American R&B singer, model, actress and hip hop dancer. She is best known for her 2006 hit single �Me & U� and her role as Sophie Donovan in the movie sequel �Step up 2 the streets�.

Cassie's hairstyle was beautiful. Long dark hair with loose waves. Her hairstyle was very feminine and stylish but it seems that Cassie decided her hairstyle needed a change. This April Cassie was spotted with a brand new hairstyle, an edgy hairstyle similar to punk hairstyles.

Her hair is shaved on one side of the head while the remaining hair is still long. She stated that she decided change her hairstyle because she needed a change. Her new edgy shaved hairstyle got a lot of attention from the media.

Maybe she needed a change, maybe this hairstyle will suite her style better, one thing is for certain, some people love it and some people hate it.
