Crimped Hair the New Craze

Tips to Create the New Craze Crimp Hairstyle

Crimping your hair is a real craze this season, you could see hairstyle masterpieces on runways. Whether you choose the classic, 90s look or the modern one you'll be able to create whole new trends with various crimping techniques.

Choose an extravagant or a classy hairdo to give volume to your strands. Look at these hairstyles and get inspired by the endless styling options.

You can create these hairdos very easily, without rummaging in your mother's treasure chest for a crimping iron. Do the following: after washing your hair, be sure to condition your strands. Then make a tight braid and tie it with a strong elastic. Make more braids if you want a more visible effect. If you want to have only some areas crimped concentrate on those and leave the other sections sleek. Dry your hair completely, then remove the elastic and run your fingers through the strands. Be careful don't comb it excessively you might spoil the effect.

The key when opting for this hairstyle is to match it with a dress down look. Your hairdo is special in itself, don't make it too prominent with an overrefined look. The advantage of crimped hair is that you can have it regardless of the length of your hair. It is called a 'bed-head' look by many stylists, however you can make it really stylish, invoking the beauties of the past.
