How to Keep Your Hair Styled Sideways

This type of hairstyle is easy to do and maintain. It is very important to know how to style it so it will stay just as you just finished arranging it.

How many times haven't you styled your hair and by the time you looked in the mirror and think you are all set to got, it doesn't look near as good as it did when you just finished. Knowing how you should style your hair so it will stay just as if you just finished styling it is a must.

To style your hair sideways you definitely need to have long or medium length hair. Short hair will do too but the effect won't be as obvious.

This hairstyle works well on straight hair as well as wavy or curly hair.

  • For starters wash your hair and apply conditioner.

  • Use a comb while you still have conditioner on to comb the hair so you avoid getting tangled hair and cause split ends.

  • Rinse your hair and use a towel to get the excess water out.

  • Apply styling gel on the damp hair and comb it again so the gel can be spread out evenly throughout the hair.

  • Dry your hair using a blow dryer tilting your head in the direction in which you will style your hair.

  • Clip the hair using a hair clipper until you are ready to go out. Before you go out remove the hair clipper, run your hands through your hair and cross a few bobby pins in the shape of x to keep the hair side ways.

  • Finish the look by applying a bit of shine spray

You are now set to go and your hair will stay put all night long just so you can look beautiful.
